Vintage English porcelain egg coddler made by Royal Worcester, England C.1960.
Not only are they used in England to make a tasty dish called coddled eggs, they are also very collectible.
This pretty piece is decorated with a trasferware pattern of pink and white flowers with blue leaves on the front and a yellow flower on the back. It also has a chrome screw on lid.
It is in very good, clean condition with no chips, cracks, crazing or dings to the lid.
