Terms & Conditions

Any purchase made will not be shipped until it is paid for in full including any taxes and shipping costs.

Payment Methods

We accept Visa, Master Card and Discover. We also accept PayPal and cash.

Layaway

Available for items being picked up in store only. Layaway is not available for items that need to be shipped.

Layaway Terms:

a 25% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your purchase.
The balance is due within 2 months of the deposit date.

Return Policy

In Shop Pickup

Any purchase made and picked up within our actual shop is non-refundable.

Shipped Items

If you are not pleased with your Streets of London Antiques purchase, simply contact us within 3 days of delivery of your item.
Shipping fees are non-refundable and the buyer is responsible for return shipping cost.
We charge a 15% re-stocking fee on all items returned.
If your item arrives damaged, please do not return it as this will void any insurance. Please retain all packaging as this is required in order to make a claim.
