More Than an Antique Store. A Passion Shared.

Since 2008, we've been carefully sourcing exceptional English, European, and American antiques. Every piece is chosen for its beauty, quality, and enduring character.

Our Story

A Lifelong Love of Antiques

Gill’s love for antiques began at a young age in her native England. Weekends were often spent exploring antique fairs and wandering through endless car boot sales, searching for hidden treasures and discovering the stories behind each piece. It was during those early adventures that the dream of one day owning an antique store first took shape.

Yogi, of Dutch heritage, developed an early fascination with travel, history, and the diverse cultures of the world. Through years of international retail experience and extensive travel, he gained a deep appreciation for the stories, artistry, and traditions that connect us to the past.

As Gill’s enthusiasm for antiques grew into a shared pursuit, it quickly became Yogi’s own. What began as an appreciation for beautiful objects soon evolved into a love of restoring antique furniture and preserving the character and craftsmanship of each piece.

From these shared interests, Streets of London Antiques was born, bringing together a love of beautiful interiors, authentic antiques, and pieces with stories still to tell.

Together, we rescued a local landmark building that once served as a neighborhood tavern and grill, transforming it into a beautiful 4,300-square-foot showroom in the heart of Cary, North Carolina. It is here that we thoughtfully curate antiques and decorative arts.

Today, we are honored to help customers across the country find distinctive antiques that bring warmth, history, and character into their homes, and that can be cherished for generations to come.
