Frequently Asked Questions
No. Our showroom is open Wednesday through Saturday, from 10am–5pm, and no appointment is necessary during these hours.
If you're only able to visit on a Monday or Tuesday, please contact us in advance. While we're normally closed on those days, we're often able to arrange a private appointment.
Absolutely. You're welcome to visit our showroom to inspect any item in person. If you're unable to visit, we're also happy to arrange a live video call so you can view the piece in greater detail before purchasing.
No. Only a selection of our collection is available online at any given time. Our 4,300-square-foot showroom is constantly evolving as new pieces arrive and others find new homes. If you're looking for something specific or simply enjoy discovering unexpected treasures, we encourage you to visit us in person—you'll often find many more antiques than are currently featured on our website.
Yes. We'd be delighted to help you find the perfect piece. Tell us what you're looking for—whether it's a specific type of furniture, maker, style, period, or decorative item—and we'll let you know if we currently have something suitable or keep your details on file and contact you if we acquire a matching piece.
If you have a reference photo or inspiration image, feel free to send it to us. It can be incredibly helpful in understanding exactly what you're looking for.
Our inventory changes regularly, so even if we don't have it today, there's a possibility we will in the future.
We regularly acquire new antiques and decorative pieces, so our collection is always evolving. Whether you're visiting for the first time or returning, there's a good chance you'll discover something new.
Yes—but only for the antiques in our own collection. Restoration is one of our passions, and when appropriate, we carefully restore selected pieces before they are displayed in our showroom. Our approach is always to preserve the original character, craftsmanship, and history of each piece. We do not currently offer restoration services for customer-owned furniture.
Yes. We occasionally purchase quality antiques directly from local private individuals. If you have an item you would like to sell, please email us several clear photographs along with any available details, such as dimensions, age, and provenance, if known. We'll carefully review the information and let you know if it's a good fit for our showroom.
Gill is a Certified Appraiser who uses her expertise to research, authenticate, and carefully curate the antiques in our showroom. While we do not currently offer appraisal services for customer-owned items, we may introduce this service in the future.
Yes. We offer free parking directly outside our showroom, making it easy to visit, browse, and load larger purchases.
Yes. Our showroom is wheelchair accessible, and we're happy to assist if you need any additional help during your visit. If you have any specific accessibility requirements, please feel free to contact us before your visit.
