Condition
Very good antique condition.
Both chairs are strong, sturdy, and structurally sound, with comfortable sprung seats suitable for regular use. The solid walnut frames display minor age-appropriate wear, marks, and imperfections consistent with their history, all contributing to their authentic antique character and warm patina.
The newer upholstery remains in very good condition. A few faint, small marks are present on the seats, although they were difficult to capture clearly in the photographs.
