Very good vintage condition.
Both chairs are solid, sturdy, and structurally sound with expected age-appropriate wear consistent with careful use. Minor scratches and marks are present on portions of the backrests, as shown in photograph #9. The painted finish, stenciling, and rush seats remain attractive, allowing the chairs to present beautifully overall.
