Wedgwood Blue Jasperware Egg-Shaped Trinket Box with Cherub Decoration

This charming Wedgwood blue Jasperware trinket box is beautifully crafted in the unusual form of an egg, featuring the iconic matte blue body adorned with delicate white neoclassical relief decoration.

A finely detailed cherub stands among graceful floral garlands on the lid, surrounded by an elegant decorative border. The crisp white relief against the soft blue background showcases the classical artistry that has made Wedgwood Jasperware beloved by collectors for generations.

The distinctive egg-shaped design makes this a particularly appealing addition to a Wedgwood collection. The box features a separate, removable lid that fits neatly over the lower section, revealing a petite compartment perfect for holding a small piece of jewelry, a treasured keepsake, or other little valuables.

Both decorative and functional, this delightful English Jasperware box brings a touch of refined charm to a vanity, dresser, bedside table, or curio cabinet. Its form and beautifully detailed decoration make it equally lovely displayed on its own or alongside other pieces of Wedgwood.
